So far I...I am working on building my own ant farm. So far I have captured about 30 workers being careful not to touch them with my hands. Do you know how long the workers can survive without a queen? Also I have soaked a cotton ball with water for them to drink from. Is that the best way to provide them with water? One more question, I have dropped Mayfly grubs in their container and they just seem to chew on it until it dies. Will they eat the grubs? Please reply soon, for I do not want my ants to die.
